The OverSi Portal by ODPMII Is Used by More Than Sixteen Thousand Slovak Officers

Since the first of September, when the web portal was launched, the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Slovak Republic for Investment and Informatization (ODPMII) has encountered a big interested by the authorities.

Since the September 1, when the law against bureaucracy by ODPMII entered into force, the authorities can no longer ask the citizens for extracts from the Companies and Trade Registers, or abstracts of title.

“We have developed the OverSI portal to help the authorities with this change. During September, 16,624 users registered there, and obtained more than ten thousand abstracts of title, and extracts from the Companies and Trade Registers through it. I consider it a clear signal that we are starting to succeed in the fight against bureaucracy,” said Richard Rasi, Deputy Prime Minister.

In August and September, ODPMII organized training courses for OverSI guarantors in cooperation with Pavel Jozef Safarik University in Kosice. “Over the course of forty-four training days, we trained 621 OverSi portal guarantors, who have shared their findings with their colleagues at the authorities,” added Rasi.

For Oversi users, the ODPMII also set up the Central Contact Centre with a telephone number +421 2 35 803 083, which the officers can contact on Monday to Friday from 08:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. Every Wednesday, the Central Contact Centre’s working hours are extended until 09:00 p.m.
